Job Title: Credit Administration Officer

Hire Resolves client is currently seeking a Credit Administration Officer to join their team in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit administration and financial analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Review and process credit applications in a timely manner
• Analyse financial documents and credit reports to determine creditworthiness
• Monitor and maintain customer credit limits and terms
• Prepare reports on credit status and collection efforts
• Work closely with sales and finance teams to resolve any credit issues
• Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in credit administration or related role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of credit laws and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and credit management software
