Contracts Manager Full Time

Hire Resolve’s client is urgently seeking the expertise of a Contracts Manager in Bryanston, Gauteng.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee contract agreements
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions
• Ensure adherence to regulations
• Address and resolve contract disputes
• Work with stakeholders to support project success

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
• In-depth knowledge of contract laws and regulations
• Experience in project management and contract administration
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines
