Commercial Litigation and Tax Law Attorney Full Time

Hire Resolve’s client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation and Tax Law Attorney to join their team. In this role, you will provide expert legal services in commercial litigation and tax law, representing clients in complex legal matters.
Your key responsibilities will include managing litigation processes, providing tax law advice, preparing legal documents, and representing clients in court and negotiations. You will collaborate closely with clients to analyze legal risks and develop strategies to achieve favorable outcomes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation and tax law
• LLB degree or equivalent qualification
• Admitted attorney
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and tax regulations
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to handle complex legal cases independently
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
• Client-focused attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality legal services
