Civil Engineer Full Time

Description: 

Hire Resolve is currently seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in Vereeniging. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining a wide range of infrastructure projects in Vereeniging and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and prepare civil designs for individual & commercial buildings.

• Planning and overseeing all projects within the civil and structural department to ensure compliance, completion within a timely manner and budgets.
• Plan projects in terms of scope, schedule and costs and designate project resources
• Administer, lead, and supervise building contracts.
• Ensuring client needs are understood and accurately addressed.
• Manage the execution of projects and attend planning, design, and site meetings.
• Prepare & contribute to technical memos & reports.
• Assist in preparation of fee proposals and bids.
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders and measure departmental and project performance to identify areas of improvement.
• Grow the division to target new clients and find ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels.
• Mentor your team members and provide a plan to help them achieve PR registration.
• Organizing the budget of the division in collaboration with the director

Requirements: 

• BSc/BEng/BTech Qualification.
• PrEng/PrTech Cerification.
• Analytical thinker with strong problem solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Must be willing to travel.
