Business Development Administrator – Durban Full Time

Hire Resolve’s client is looking for a proactive Business Development Administrator to join their innovative team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving new business initiatives and supporting our growth strategy. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining supplier relationships, managing customer interactions, and processing quotations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, ambitious, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the business development team in identifying potential business opportunities.
• Manage the supplier database to ensure competitive pricing and accurate quotations.
• Prepare and submit bids, proposals, and presentations to potential clients.
• Coordinate client meetings and follow up on leads.
• Work collaboratively with management to refine pricing strategies and identify market trends.
• Create and maintain a robust sales pipeline while tracking performance analytics.
• Generate weekly reports detailing business development activities and progress.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in business development or sales, preferably in a corporate setting
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• A self-starter with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A valid driver’s license is preferred
