The ideal candidate is a dynamic self-starter with strong analytical skills who enjoys working with documentation and detail. They communicate effectively across all levels and functions of the business, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously while confidently bridging the gap between business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
– Gathering and documenting business and reporting requirements.
– Translating business needs into functional documentation.
– Documenting procedures and workflows.
– Supporting project delivery and backlog grooming within the PMO.
– Managing requirement changes and maintaining BA documentation.
– Supporting UAT and ensuring features meet requirements.
– Continuously improving analysis tools and processes.
– All other tasks related to the role
Requirements:
– Relevant tertiary qualification; 3-5 years of similar business analysis experience;
– Strong understanding of the payments environment (retailers, digital, banking,
card schemes, EFT, settlement, acquiring, etc.) is crucial to the role;
– Full understanding of the Microsoft suite, Draw.IO, Jira, Confluence and Visio;
– Valid driver’s license, own transport;
– Fluent in business English; additional languages will be seen as beneficial
