Body Corporate Accountant Full Time

Hire Resolve, an HR consulting firm known for their expertise in recruitment, is currently seeking a skilled Body Corporate Accountant to join their team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and contribute to the success of the firm’s body corporate accounting services.

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial operations of multiple body corporate entities.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, income and expense reports, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor and review budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with property managers and other stakeholders to resolve financial-related issues.
• Provide financial advice and guidance to clients.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of accounting policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Body Corporate Accountant or similar role.
• Articles Completed
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
