B-BBEE Senior Analyst Full Time

Hire Resolve is seeking a B-BBEE Senior Analyst to join their client’s dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and analyzing Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) compliance and reporting for the organization. You will play a key role in driving B-BBEE initiatives and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements while enhancing the company’s socio-economic impact.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive B-BBEE assessments and audits to ensure compliance with legislation and regulations
• Analyze and report on B-BBEE performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management
• Collaborate with various departments to implement B-BBEE strategies and initiatives
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and local communities
• Prepare and present detailed B-BBEE reports to both internal and external stakeholders
• Stay up to date with developments in B-BBEE legislation and best practices
• Support training and capacity-building initiatives related to B-BBEE compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in B-BBEE analysis or similar roles
• In-depth knowledge of B-BBEE legislation, scoring, and compliance requirements
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
