Hire Resolve’s Client is currently looking for an experienced Auto Electrician to join their mining company based in the Northern Cape. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems on equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation.

Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical maintenance, fault finding and repairs on equipment.
• Carry out planned and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Requisition required parts and complete job cards and related documentation.
• Follow up on breakdowns to ensure effective resolution.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.
• Maintain good housekeeping and a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Auto Electrician Trade Test Certificate
• N3 Certificate in Engineering Studies
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Auto Electrician (Post-Trade)
• 3 years’ experience in the repair and maintenance of various Heavy Earth Moving Equipment in an Opencast Mining environment.
• Valid Driver’s License
