Job Title: Asphalt Paving Foreman

Location: Johannesburg, South Africa

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Asphalt Paving Foreman to join our client’s team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asphalt paving and a proven track record of successful project management. The Asphalt Paving Foreman will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of asphalt paving projects, ensuring that they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Asphalt Paving Foreman or similar role
• Strong knowledge of asphalt paving techniques and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Relevant certifications such as OSHA safety, paving industry or the like will be beneficial
• Valid drivers’ license
