Architect Full Time

Hire Resolve is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Architect to join our team. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various building projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives
• Create architectural designs and blueprints that align with client needs and project specifications
• Ensure that designs comply with building codes, regulations, and quality standards
• Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for construction
• Manage and oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are implemented accurately
• Identify and resolve any design issues or challenges that arise during construction
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and advancements in architectural design
• Collaborate with other professionals, such as engineers and contractors, to ensure successful project completion

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as an Architect
• Strong portfolio showcasing architectural design skills
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and quality standards
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Professional licensure is preferred
