Accounts Executive Full Time

Hire Resolve is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our client’s finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting functions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and reconcile financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Conduct monthly and year-end closing processes.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial planning.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support for decision-making.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audits.
• Respond to inquiries from management and stakeholders regarding financial performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
