An established food manufacturing group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Workshop Foreman Coordinator to join their maintenance and engineering division in Johannesburg. This role is central to ensuring smooth workshop operations, effective team supervision, and optimal resource utilization.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
✅ Proven experience in a workshop supervisory or foreman role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
✅ Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems.
✅ Excellent planning, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
✅ Relevant trade qualification or technical diploma (advantageous).
