Warehouse / Facility Manager Full Time NEW

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse/Facility Manager to oversee the operations of their warehouse and facility in Gauteng. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, overseeing the receiving and shipping of goods, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and facility
• Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods
• Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels
• Implement and maintain effective warehouse processes and systems to maximize efficiency and productivity
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Coordinate with other departments to meet customer demands and deadlines
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve overall warehouse operations
• Train and supervise warehouse staff
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records
• Manage facility maintenance and repair activities

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager or Facility Manager in a retail environment
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

Must be able to work extended hours in line with the project requirements
