Position: T&D Project Manager

Hire Resolves client is looking for an experienced T&D Project Manager to oversee and manage the development and implementation of training and development programs within their organisation in Johannesburg, Gauteng. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and experience working within the training and development field.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive training and development programs to meet the needs of our organisation
• Identify training needs through assessments and consultations with department heads
• Create project plans and timelines for the development and implementation of training programs
• Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure programs are delivered on time and within budget
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of training programs
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and metrics
• Provide regular updates and reports on the progress of training programs to senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in project management within the training and development field
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Experience working in a corporate environment is preferred
