Site Foreman – Engineering Industry Full Time NEW

Hire Resolve’s client in the construction industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Site Foreman in Cape Town.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the construction site.
• Ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.
• Managing and supervising all site staff and subcontractors.
• Monitoring and enforcing safety regulations and procedures.
• Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Communicating with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Addressing any issues or problems that arise during the construction process.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Foreman on building projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management or a related field.
