Senior Sales/Marketing/Product Development Person Full Time NEW

Hire Resolve’s client is looking for a diligent Senior Sales/Marketing/Product Development Person with a background in the food/food retail industry to join their team in Johannesburg, GP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing marketing and E-commerce efforts, and developing new products to meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
• Manage marketing campaigns and promotions to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new product opportunities and trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or product development in the food/food retail industry
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing successful marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior in the food industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
