The Senior Resident Engineer will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while also leading and mentoring a team of engineers and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with safety standards and quality protocols.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
• Conduct regular site inspections and generate progress reports.
• Resolve technical issues and provide innovative solutions to on-site challenges.
• Ensure effective communication among the team, maintaining clear documentation.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing project plans and contracts.

• B.Sc Eng / B.Eng / B.Tech Eng qualification in Civil Engineering.
• Must be Pr.Eng / Pr.Tech Eng registered.
• Minimum 30 years’ relevant experience on major road projects.
• SANRAL roads experience
