Senior Financial Accountant Full Time

Hire Resolve’s client is currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Financial Accountant to join their team. This is a senior-level position that offers an opportunity to lead and manage a financial accounting team in a reputable company.

As a Senior Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations and standards. You will play a crucial role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. This position requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of financial accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial accounting function and lead a team of financial accountants
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to achieve financial goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Articles Completed
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial accounting, with at least 1 years in a senior role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Proficiency in financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
