Position: Senior Creditors Clerk
Location: Cape Town, Epping

Hire Resolve is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Creditors Clerk to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounts payable and managing vendor relationships in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
– Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
– Prepare payment schedules and issue payments to vendors
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records
– Monitor and manage vendor credit limits
– Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
– Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation
– Collaborate with the finance team on various ad hoc projects
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Creditors Clerk in a manufacturing environment
– Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP or QuickBooks
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines
– High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in accounting or finance is a plus
