Sales & Service Agent Full Time

Are you a motivated, target-driven professional with excellent communication skills? We are seeking a dynamic Health Insurance Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will engage with potential clients via inbound calls, provide clear and professional explanations of our health insurance products, and recommend suitable plans tailored to their needs. You will build strong client relationships, achieve and exceed sales targets, and ensure every customer interaction meets high compliance and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inbound sales calls to potential customers.
• Promote and explain our range of health insurance products clearly and
• professionally.
• Build strong relationships with clients to identify their needs and recommend
• suitable plans.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Handle all customer interactions in line with compliance and quality standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry guidelines.
• Capture accurate client information and follow up on leads.

Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12) – essential
• Previous experience in a call center or telesales environment – advantageous
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven with a positive, motivated attitude
• Ability to handle objections professionally and close sales confidently
• Computer literate (MS Office and CRM systems)
• Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service orientation
