Sales Representative / Sales Manager Full Time

A leading tissue manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Sales Representative/Manager with strong experience in new business development, customer relationship management, and driving sales growth to join their team in Gauteng. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing a new customer base and expanding overall market presence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities and grow the company’s customer base

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients

• Identify market trends and customer needs to support sales strategy

• Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups

• Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery

Requirements:

• Solid sales knowledge with proven experience in a similar role

• Industry-relevant sales experience, ideally within paper, tissue, toiletry products, or the broader FMCG sector

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
