Sales Manager Full Time NEW

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join their team in the Packaging Industry. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets in the Western Cape region.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Packaging Industry.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Lead a team of sales representatives and provide coaching and training to support their success.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure product availability.
• Prepare sales forecasts and budgets and monitor performance against targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Packaging Industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities in the Packaging Industry.
• Ability to travel within the Western Cape region as required.
• Driver’s license and own vehicle.
