Regional Manager Full Time

Position: Regional Manager

Hire Resolves client is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to oversee and manage the operations of their company in the Durban region of KwaZulu-Natal. The Regional Manager will be responsible for leading a team of employees, ensuring efficient and effective operations, and driving business growth in the region.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives in the region.
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of all branches within the region.
• Recruit, train, and supervise employees in the region to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to measure the success of operations and make necessary adjustments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and stakeholders in the region.
• Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Identify business opportunities and potential areas for growth within the region.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the retail or service industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving business growth.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of regional market trends and competition.
