Job Title: Quality Assurance Officer

Hire Resolves client is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Officer to join their team in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products and services meet the highest quality standards and comply with regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards
• Investigate root causes of quality issues and develop corrective actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities and outcomes
• Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Quality Management, Software Development, etc.)
• Knowledge of quality standards and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven track record of driving continuous improvement in quality processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
