Quality Administrator – Manufacturing industry – Johannesburg, Gauteng Full Time

Hire Resolve’s client in the manufacturing industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Quality Administrator in Johannesburg, Gauteng.

Responsibilities:

• Capture daily figures and data.
• Prepare reports for customers.
• Schedule and follow through on production orders and their progress.
• Maintain quality management system documentation.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Monitor and analyse quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in manufacturing quality processes.
• Proficiency in operating and utilizing measuring equipment.
• Ability to maintain focus and productivity in repetitive task environments.
• Exceptional attention to detail for accurate data capture and reporting.
• Competence in relevant software applications for data analysis and quality management system documentation (e.g., Microsoft Excel, specialized QMS software).
• Possession of reliable personal transportation.
