Job Vacancy: Project Manager

Overview:

• We are currently recruiting for our client for the position of Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and executing various projects within the organization.
• Must possess excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.

General Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Academic & Trade Qualifications:

• B.Eng./BSc. in Civil Engineering or related field.
• ERB Certification.
• Project Management Professional/ Practicing Certificate.

Additional Requirements:

• Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and mentor project teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in managing building and construction, pipelines, sanitation, drainage, and engineering projects.

Work Experience:

• A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in building and construction, pipelines, sanitation, drainage, and engineering projects.
