:
✅ Matric (Grade 12).
✅ Travel qualification from a recognized tertiary institution.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
✅ Certified proficiency in Galileo and Amadeus GDS.
✅ Strong knowledge of fares and international ticketing.
✅ Expertise in core ticketing and e-ticketing processes.
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✅ Strong customer service orientation.
✅ Proactive problem solver with the ability to take initiative.
✅ Team player with a collaborative mindset.
✅ Ability to guide, mentor, and train junior consultants.
✅ Patience and strong interpersonal skills.
✅ Strong administrative and organizational skills.
