Oracle HCM Functional Consultant – Johannesburg (Hybrid or Remote) Full Time

Hire Resolve’s client is looking for a skilled Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules and a strong understanding of HR business processes. You will play a key role in analyzing business requirements, configuring Oracle HCM applications, and providing end-to-end functional support across various HR modules. 

Responsibilities: 

• Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM functional configurations.
• Configure and support various Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management,
• Performance Management, and Recruiting.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Participate in the full lifecycle of Oracle HCM implementations and upgrades, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, training, and support.
• Provide expertise in Oracle quarterly releases and new features, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption.
• Prepare functional documentation, configuration guides, test scripts, and user training materials.
• Troubleshoot functional issues, recommend improvements, and ensure data integrity across HCM modules.
• Ensure compliance with local legal and regulatory HR requirement

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
• Experience in implementation, support, or upgrade projects.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s) preferred
