Are you a qualified Millwright with a Red Seal Certification based in Bronkhorstspruit, Gauteng, looking for a challenging role in a dynamic manufacturing environment? Become a key member of a leading client’s maintenance team, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of critical industrial machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on production equipment and machinery
Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Ensure minimal downtime by responding promptly to breakdowns and equipment failures
Read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals
Install, align, dismantle, and move machinery and equipment as needed
Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete job cards and reports
Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize plant performance
Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and machine upgrades
Red Seal Certification (essential)
Minimum Grade 12 (Matric)
At least 3 years’ relevant experience in mechanical fitting or millwright trade
Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
Organized with great attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work in noisy, dusty, hot/cold environments, confined spaces, or at heights
Good communication and teamwork skills
