Junior Sales Manager Full Time

Hire Resolve, a leading recruitment agency, is currently looking for a passionate and driven Junior Sales Manager for a supply chain and manufacturing company.

As a Junior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales Manager in driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies
• Identify new business opportunities and pursue leads
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience
• Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
