Junior Green Accredited Professional Full Time NEW

We are seeking a motivated Junior Green Accredited Professional to support sustainable building initiatives and ensure compliance with Green Star and EDGE certification standards.

The ideal candidate will assist with the certification process, audits, inspections, and coordination with consultants and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Green certification process, ensuring documentation is complete and submitted on time
• Lead post-construction audits and inspections of green sites
• Ensure building projects meet Green Star and EDGE certification requirements
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and auditors in the field
• Report on project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
• Prepare and submit all required documentation, plans, and packs to auditors
• Perform EDGE Expert responsibilities, including verifying consultant submissions

Qualifications & Experience

• BSc Degree in Sciences, Engineering, or Construction
• Valid Driver’s License
• Minimum 2 years’ experience, with exposure to at least 1 Green Star-certified building
• GBCSA Green Star Accredited Professional & IFC EDGE Expert
