Junior Bookkeeper Full Time

As a Junior Bookkeeper – Agri, you will be responsible for assisting with financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the overall financial operations of the company. You will handle various bookkeeping duties, including recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. Additionally, you will collaborate with other team members to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recording and maintaining financial transactions
• Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Support the budgeting and forecasting activities
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure accurate and complete financial data

Requirements:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Some experience in bookkeeping or accounting
• Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Understanding of the agricultural industry (preferred)
