Internal Sales Coordinator – Packaging Industry Full Time

Hire Resolve’s client seeking a motivated and experienced Internal Sales Coordinator to join their team in the Packaging Industry in KwaZulu-Natal. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing customer relationships, and assisting the sales team in achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information and pricing quotes.
• Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Coordinate with sales representatives to follow up on leads and opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update customer information in the database.
• Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analysis.
• Liaise with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Participate in sales meetings and provide input on sales strategies and tactics.
• Keep up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with marketing team to support sales campaigns and promotions.

Requirements:

• Matric certificate with Mathematics
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in a Customer Service or similar role
• Excellent Computer Skills – Excel
• Experience working on SAP
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
• Knowledge of packaging products and industry trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
