A transformation partner that helps businesses digitize their operations is seeking a driven and collaborative Intermediate Business Analyst to join their Managed Services team. You’ll play a key role in supporting their clients by enhancing existing software features, resolving issues, and ensuring continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Investigate current system functionality based on support requests and perform gap analysis to determine if enhancements are needed.
Write detailed use cases and test cases to support regression testing.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of minor enhancements and support fixes.
Act as the first line of support for client queries, minor change requests, and user management.
Prepare and maintain SLA reports and other client status documentation.
Communicate clearly and professionally with both internal stakeholders and external clients.
Support user training and onboarding activities as needed.
Escalate and manage client issues through to resolution.
Promote a high standard of client service and identify areas for improvement.
Occasional travel may be required.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of three years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
Experience supporting and enhancing existing software features.
Experience producing clear documentation for both technical and business users.
Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations and work across teams.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Experience working in a support or help desk environment.
Exposure to DevOps tools.
Prior involvement in drafting Statements of Work (SoWs) or participating in scoping activities.
Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding software functionality.
The ability to quickly learn new tools, systems, and software platforms.
Experience writing test cases and performing software testing.
Skilled in problem-solving in a high-paced, multi-project environment.
Experience in facilitating client discussions and managing expectations.
Exposure to UI/UX concepts is a plus.
