Head of Desk/Trading Full Time

Hire Resolve is currently looking for a Head of Desk/Trading for a finance company. As the Head of Desk/Trading, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing our trading activities. You will develop and implement trading strategies, monitor market trends, and lead a team of traders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement trading strategies and plans
• Monitor market trends and analyse data to make informed trading decisions
• Manage and oversee the trading activities of the company
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
• Identify and manage risk exposure
• Lead and motivate a team of traders
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Continuously evaluate and improve trading processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Proven track record in trading, with at least 5 years of experience
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of financial markets, trading strategies, and regulations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
