A consulting firm that helps banks and financial institutions run, change, and transform, their trade, treasury, risk, and assurance operations, is seeking a Mid-Level Front Arena System Analyst to join their team. This role is crucial for designing and implementing system solutions for their Capital Markets clients.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and Define client system requirements to identify and clarify business challenges.
Design and Implement functional and technical solutions to meet client needs.
Ensure Quality of all implemented solutions to guarantee they meet the original requirements.
Contribute to the team’s ongoing growth in systems analysis through continuous learning.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Financial Mathematics (Honors), Actuarial Science, Computer Science (Honors), Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a similar field.
Experience:
3+ years of experience with FIS Front Arena or a similar Capital Markets software system (e.g., Murex).
Strong knowledge of Capital Markets across various asset classes and business areas.
Foundational understanding of Business Analysis and System Configuration/Development.
Technical Skills:
Requirements Gathering
Solution Design and Scoping
System Configuration and/or Development
Testing (unit, functional, regression, and UAT)
