Financial Manager Full Time NEW

Hire Resolve’s high esteemed client in the automotive industry is seeking  a leading financial manager operating in Cape Town, South Africa. The Financial Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to ensure the company’s long-term financial Monitor and analyze financial performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and forecasts for management and Manage the company’s budgeting process, including the development and monitoring of annual budgets
• Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments to support business decision-making and planning.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Oversee the company’s cash flow management, including the monitoring of cash balances, investment activities, and the maintenance of banking relationships.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support, including assisting with pricing strategies and cost management.
• Supervise a team of financial professionals, providing coaching and professional development opportunities as needed.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in financial regulations to ensure the company’s compliance and competitiveness.

Requirements:

• BCom Hons / CIMA / ACCA / CASA
• A driven individual with a proven track record of successfully managing the finance function
  and leading a strong team.
• 5-10 years of experience as a Financial Manger
• Automotive industry experience will be advantageous 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
