Job Title: Finance Manager

Job Description:
As a Finance Manager in the agriculture and food manufacturing industry, you will be responsible for leading all financial activities of the organization, ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and implementing strategies to maximize profitability and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
1. Developing and implementing financial objectives, policies, programs and practices.
2. Preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review.
3. Analyzing financial data and providing recommendations for improving financial performance.
4. Managing cash flow and overseeing budgeting processes.
5. Overseeing accounts payable and receivable functions.
6. Monitoring and overseeing financial controls to minimize risk.
7. Providing financial analysis and recommendations on investment decisions.
8. Managing relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
9. Leading and supervising a team of finance professionals.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
2. SAICA/SAIPA Articles Completed with 1 year post articles experience
3. Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the agriculture or food manufacturing industry.
4. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting requirements.
5. Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office applications.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Strong leadership and communication skills.
8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
