Job Title: Finance Manager

Hire Resolve’s client is urgently seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager with industry-specific knowledge to help oversee the company’s financial health.
Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy & Leadership:
● Work closely with the CEO and management team to develop and execute financial strategies that align with business goals.
● Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
● Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
Financial Management & Controls:
● Oversee financial operations, ensuring strong internal controls and compliance with relevant
regulations.
● Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk.
● Monitor and report on key financial metrics and company performance.
Reporting & Compliance:
● Prepare and present financial reports to the CEO and management team.
● Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and company policies.
● Oversee audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.
Operational Finance:
● Supervise and support the Finance Administrator in daily financial tasks, reconciliations, and
reporting.
● Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
● Maintain and improve financial systems, including QuickBooks, Airtable, and other financial
tracking tools.
Team Management & Collaboration:
● Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement.
● Collaborate with sales, procurement, and logistics teams to align financial operations with
business objectives.
● Participate in management meetings, providing financial guidance and insights.
Requirements:
Educational Background:
● Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
● Professional qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, or CA) is advantageous.
Experience:
● 6+ years of experience in financial management, accounting, or a similar role.
● Experience with QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) is essential.
● Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
● Familiarity with Airtable, Google Drive, and financial systems is a plus.
