Divisional Head : Infrastructure Consulting Full Time

Hire Resolve is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Divisional Head to lead our Infrastructure Consulting team in Johannesburg. As the Divisional Head of Infrastructure Consulting, you will be responsible for managing and growing our consulting services in the infrastructure sector.

In this role, you will oversee a team of consultants, provide strategic guidance, and ensure the delivery of high-quality consulting services to our clients. You will also play a key role in business development, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Infrastructure Consulting team and provide strategic direction.
• Manage and mentor a team of consultants, ensuring their professional development.
• Oversee the delivery of consulting projects, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
• Evaluate and optimize consulting processes and methodologies.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored consulting solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for business growth.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in infrastructure consulting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in infrastructure consulting or related roles.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Experience in business development and developing growth strategies.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Professional certifications in consulting or project management.
