Dispatch Supervisor – Manufacturing Full Time NEW

Hire Resolve’s client is looking for a dynamic and energetic Dispatch Supervisor to oversee order fulfillment, team coordination, and efficient dispatch operations. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise order picking, boxing, and palletizing to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate and manage dispatch teams to maintain smooth workflow.
• Oversee truck loading and ensure timely dispatch of goods.
• Monitor stock movement and maintain order fulfillment standards.
• Enforce health and safety regulations within the dispatch area.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to optimize logistics.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a dispatch, logistics, or warehouse supervision role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Energetic, proactive, and hands-on approach to work.
• Willingness to work some weekends and public holidays on a rotational basis.
• Ability to work early shifts: 6 AM – 5 PM.
