Development Manager Full Time

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a talented individual to lead a small but growing team as a Development Manager while still dedicating time to hands-on .NET development. Individuals with expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET, Rest API, Blazor, MVC, JavaScript, and strong SQL skills, as well as Azure exposure, are highly preferred. Team management experience required.

Responsibilities: 

• Lead and guide the development team to execute projects in the backlog.

• Assist in developing project plans and provide clear communication of status to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, third parties, and stakeholders.
• Ensure the development process adheres to industry best practices and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain web applications and Rest APIs using C#, JavaScript, ASP.NET Core MVC, and SQL.
• Provide high-level support for tier-one client issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends, proposing innovative solutions to enhance our products.
• Help shape and plan the next strategic phase and evolution of the core business product development roadmap.

• Mentor junior staff and perform code reviews.

Minimum Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• At least 8 years of professional experience as a Full Stack .NET Developer.
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, Blazor, MVC, and T-SQL.
• Familiarity with AGILE development methodologies and the ability to multitask.
• Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Prior experience with Azure and the fintech space is a plus.
