The selected Construction Manager will assume the pivotal role of planning, coordinating, and supervising the advancement of road rehabilitation and surfacing projects, ensuring their efficient execution within predefined timelines and budgetary constraints. Collaborating closely with the project team, you will guarantee the adherence to stringent quality benchmarks, timely project completion, and financial prudence.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the entirety of road rehabilitation and surfacing projects, from initiation to culmination.
• Formulate comprehensive project plans, schedules, and financial frameworks.
• Facilitate the procurement of requisite resources, equipment, and materials essential for project execution.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and adherence to established quality benchmarks.
• Monitor project advancement diligently, promptly addressing any impediments or setbacks.
• Foster effective collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
• Compile detailed reports and documentation for project updates and evaluation purposes.
