Construction Manager Full Time

Hire Resolve is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our client’s team. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Manage construction projects from conception to completion
• Create and manage project schedules and budgets
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and construction crews
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Review and approve construction plans, drawings, and specifications
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is being done correctly and on schedule
• Prepare and present progress reports to clients and stakeholder

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Excellent project management and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Valid driver’s license
