Concrete Foreman Full Time NEW

Join Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Foreman in Wellington! Our client, a leading company in the civil road construction industry, is seeking a talented individual to oversee concrete construction projects.
As a Concrete Foreman, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of concrete construction, including organizing labour and materials, supervising construction teams, and ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of concrete construction techniques, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements: 

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Concrete Foreman in civil road construction
• Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques and materials
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage and coordinate construction teams
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in construction
• Valid driver’s license
• Preferably a resident of Wellington or willing to relocate
