An established and growing financial services organisation is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join the executive leadership team. This pivotal role requires a strong leader who will drive financial strategy, ensure sound governance, and support sustainable business growth.

✅ Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) or equivalent professional qualification.
✅ Minimum of 10 years’ experience in senior financial management roles, with at least 5 years at executive level.
✅ Proven track record in financial services, lending, or related industries will be advantageous.
✅ Strong knowledge of corporate finance, risk management, and governance frameworks.
✅ Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
✅ Strategic thinker with the ability to balance detail and big-picture perspective.
