Business Process Automation (BPA) Specialist Full Time

Hire Resolve’s client in the Information Technology industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Business Process Automation (BPA) Specialist in Gqeberha, Eastern Cape.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automated business process solutions
• Build and maintain a catalogue of automated business process capabilities
• Create, test, and monitor automation workflows and solutions
• Maintain and update automation solutions post-implementation
• Document business processes and automation solutions
• Use Quality Assurance (QA) techniques to ensure high-quality automation
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices
• Continuously improve processes and solution usage
• Collaborate with vendors to scale automated solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in business process automation or a related field
• Strong understanding of business process automation principles and best practices
• Experience with RPA technologies (UiPath or Microsoft Power Automate preferred)
• Proficiency in software development (.NET, C#, JavaScript)
• Experience with cloud computing services (Microsoft Azure preferred)
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence (LLMs)  
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Pages)
• Experience with change management, business analysis, or business process management
• Experience in Logistics & Supply Chain
