Business Development Manager – Renewables Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the renewable energy sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
• Develop and present persuasive proposals and sales presentations
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs
• Strategically plan and execute plans to achieve business growth targets

Requirements

• experience of over three years in the commercial and industrial Solar . Space.
• experience in the sale of both our purchases and Power purchase agreements.
• demonstrable sales record in quantifiable numbers in the form of Megawatt hours or Rand value
• Must be presentable, articulate and analytically, capable. Should be able to develop their own proposals in collaboration with our Tsepho and engineers as well as marketing manager.
• must have their own reliable form of transport.
• preferably someone who has held a management position and managed a team of sales people and is capable of setting up a sales team.
• they will report directly to the managing director and CFO.
• preferably someone who has occupied positions at reputable Solar Companies.
