Business Analyst and Reporting Full Time

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a Business Analyst who will be  responsible for developing and maintaining the analytic and reporting functionality required by the Supply Chain division, providing ad hoc decision support to senior management, driving efficiencies and system improvements, and providing timely and accurate reporting and service to stakeholders within the business

Responsibilities: 

Growth

• Ability to convert business requirements into functional/technical specifications.
• Develop best practices for data loading and extraction into and out of the data warehouse.
• Analytical support to the Supply Chain division.

Optimization

• Provide advice to internal clients on applications and systems.
• Facilitate the collection of and reporting on functional Supply Chain information.
• Administration and ad hoc functions.

Leveraging Culture & Diversity

• Maintain good internal stakeholder relations.
• Contributes to project plans as requested by project leads.
• Provide advice to clients on product offerings, application, and after-delivery service.
• Plan and organize your own work for efficiency.

Digital Transformation

• Design and build data warehouse environments and analytic databases.
• Develop and maintain logical and physical data models for enterprise data architectures.
• Conduct data training to ensure the end users of the Warehouse and the BI platform fully understand all components.
• Drive the automation/optimization of digital processes by identifying opportunities for eliminating or streamlining manual reporting processes.
• Initiate continuous improvement (Innovation).

Minimum Requirements:

• Eng or B Degree in Data Sciences, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems.

• Experience: 4 years of related experience.

• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in various data warehousing technologies, including Qlik Sense, SQL databases, and data modeling techniques.

• Software Skills: Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
